is there an easy way to schedule when to power on my virtual machine

Hi,

I'm using vSphere 5.1 and ESXi 5.1 from what I gather. What's the easiest way to schedule power on/off a virtual machine? The goal here is to turn on once a week and get OS updates and then shut down again.

Please advise.
