How do I fetch the value of active client from vSphere SDK

The command (esxcli call) shown in the picture above lists all portgroups and associated vswitch info for an ESX host system. I am wondering how I would obtain value for "Active Client" in the list using vSphere Management API. It will be great if anyone could point me to the data structure that holds the value for the active client.
